During a crack epidemic two narcotics agents hunting for a cop killer. Hoping for leads, Moran and Thorton pay off a junkie informant. LADY wakes up, to find GIRL, dancing manically, entangled in the unspooled insides of a VHS tape. The edges of the tape, sharp as a knife. Distraught, Lady attempts to save her unsure of what to do, as the tape tightens. Her attempts are in vain, as she ends up injuring herself in the process instead. Finally realizing that there is no way to save her, she spends her last moments with Girl, dancing alongside. The tape tightens up till she disintegrates, her limbs left hanging on spools of tape. The tape winds back up into a VHS casing.
